Corn Salad (20 Mins)

Corn salad is an easy and healthy recipe. With lots of vegetables, a healthy snack and also you can add it to your main course.

So checkout the below instructions for making yourself one.


Ingredients :-

1) Sweet Corn (2 Bowl)
2) Onion (1 Finely Choped)
3) Tomato (1 Finely Chopped)
4) Capsicum (1 Finely Chopped)
5) Carrot (1 Small Finely Chopped)
6) Lemon Juice (1 Tsp)
7) Mayonnaise (1 Tsp)
8) Green Chutney (1 Tsp)
9) Red Chilli Powder (1/4 Tsp)
10) Salt (As per Taste)
11) Black Pepper (1/4 Tsp)


Instructions :-

Take a sauce pan, Add water and 2 bowl Sweet Corn


Keep on the burner


Let it boil


Boil it for 10 mins


 Strain out the water and take it in a big bowl


Add Onion , Tomatoes , Carrot , Capsicum


Mix it


Add green chutney , red chilli powder , salt , black pepper , mayonnaise


Mix it


Add lemon juice


Mix it


Corn Salad is ready !!



Enjoy it as a snack or main course


 Full of vegetables


Serve it cold or as it is.
