Spicy Schezwan Paneer
So here is one of favorite recipe for you all lovelies. Spicy Schezwan Paneer is my all time favorite easy , tangy, saucy, fire hot spicy recipe. As you all can see the name itself says that "SPICY". So it would be spicy because without that the recipe wont be completed.
This is the recipe which is not seen from somewhere and tried but this is my own invention, Yes , you all would be thinkig that this recipe you have seen in many places because yes the recipe has minimum ingredients and very friendly ingredients not fancy ones. So there is a story behind the recipe in which I was going to make something else but then it turned out this and it was so delicious and loved my everyone at my place. So thought why not to share with you all.
So without any further talks let's start the recipe.
Ingredients :-
1) Paneer (20 to 25 Slices)
2) Red chilli powder (1/4th tsp)
3) Oil (For frying)
4) Salt (As er taste)
5) Haldi ot Turmeric (1/4th tsp)
6) Tomato Sauce or Ketchup (1/4th tsp)
7) Schezwan Sauce (1/4th tsp)
8) Garlic (6 to 7)
9) Green Chilli (2 to 3)
10) Maid or Refined Flour (1/2 cup)
11) Garam Masala (1/2 tsp)
Instructions:-
Take sliced paneer in a plate
Add red chilli powder
Add turmeric
Add salt
Add garam masala
Mix it
Take 1/4th cup of maida
Add water and make a thick paste of it
Take 1/4th cup of maida
Get the wet and dry mixture ready
Now add 1 paneer slice in wet mixture . Coat it
Add the same in dry mixture
Coat it
Keep aside
Do the same thing with all the slices of paneer
Now take a kadai or pan. Add oil to it and heat it
After it is hot add paneer slices to it
After it is golden brown. Remove it
Get all the panner slices fried
In a plate get garlic and chilies slices
Take a pan
Add oil
Add garlic and green chillies
Saute it for few mins
Add schezwan sauce
Add tomato ketchup
Mix it
Add fried paneer slices
Toss it for few mins
Voila !! Spicy Schezwan Paneer is ready!!
This is easiest snacking recipe which you will see.
CAUTION!! Only for people you can take spicy things.
