The recipe which can be prepared in max 10 mins and is delicious and easy to make.
Just need few steps and few ingredients to prepare this recipe.
This is my go to recipe which I am going to share with you all you guys. You can enjoy it with bread or chapati or sometimes even as a snacks. Anyone can cook this recipe even if you have not entered in the kitchen ever!!
So without taking any of your time. Lets start with the recipe !!

Ingredients :-

1) Brinjal (1 Chopped)
2) Amchur Powder (1/2 Tsp)
2) Red Chilli Powder (1/4 Tsp)
3) Haldi (1/4 Tsp)
4) Garam Masala (1/4 Tsp)
5) Salt (As per taste)
6) Oil (2 Tsp)

Instructions :-

Wash the brinjal and cut in round shape
Make sure to add little salt on it before. Otherwise it will change its color


Now for using less oil. You can use a tawa or a pan which I have used.
Add oil on it.
I have used Mustard oil.
You can use any cooking oil


After the oil is heated.
Add the brinjal pieces.
Do not overlap them
Keep one after each other


After 1 - 2 mins.
Flip it


After 2 mins you will se nice cripsy layer


Sprinkle haldi , red chilli powder , garam masala on it


Flip it and add amchur powder 


Flip it and cook.
After 4- 5 mins
Brinjal will be cooked


Serve it


Brinjal fry is ready !!
