So here I am with a new blog in which I am going to share with you one of my favorite snacking recipe. This recipe is great for working women's because we can make this and preserve it for weeks which can be enjoyed by everyone ad secondly the recipe is so easy to make and also requires few ingredients. So less work more enjoyment.
So let's get started with the recipe:-
Ingredients :-
1) Suji or Semolina (1 Cup)
2) Saunf or Fennel seeds (1 Tsp)
3) Ajwain or Carom Seeds (1/2 Tsp)
4) Chilli Flakes (1 Tsp)
5) Salt (As per Taste)
6) Oil (For frying)
7) Water (for making dough)
8) Ghee (3 to 4 tsp)
Instructions :-
Take a big bowl

Add Suji or Semolina to it

Add Saunf or Fennel Seeds

Add Ajwain or Carom seeds

Add chilli flakes

Add salt

Mix it

Add ghee

Mix it properly

Add water and make a dough of it

Add water little by litle we dont want to make it too soft


Make a dough and apply some ghee or oil on top

Cover with a lid and rest it for 15 to 20 mins

Now take the dough out and knead it for few seconds

Take a small ball

Flatten it on your palm not too thin

Now we will make some design on it
Take a fork

Place the small dough ball on the back of the fork

Press it so that it holds the design
Then slowly roll the dough ball
You have got the easy fancy looking design


Now get all the dough ready by doing the same process

After all is made
Take a kadai or frying pan

Add some oil for frying

Let it become hot
Add few suji snack to it

Fry it on medium low heat

Stir it in intervals
After you get nice golden brown color on top

Remove it and get all the batches done

Suji snack is ready!!

You can also store it in a container
Make sure the snack is all cooled down and after that you add it in the air tight container
