    For Dough :-

Get all the momos ready for steaming.

Now for steaming you can steam it in momo vessel or even in a big sauce pan    or even in a idli steamer. Use any vessel for steaming.

So I am using Idli Steamer.

This is the same process as we make idli.

So first you need to add water in the bottom of the vessel and boil it.

Till then oil the mould of idli and place 1 momo each

Place the idli stand in the vessel

Close the lid and steam it for 10-12 mins

   Voila!! It is ready !!

Now we all know momos are not complete without the dip.

So here I am showing you one easy and delicious dip.

Mix Schezwan Sauce and Tomato Ketchup (3 Tsp Each)

   Dip is ready.

Now serve the momo and enjoy it when it is pipping hot.
