So here's I am sharing with you one of my favourite healthy snacks which I can have guilt free and at any time.

So here is the recipe with less oil and also less ingredients and less work. The recipe consist of chickpea or chole and few masala that's it and you are good to go with that. 

So without any further do let's start with the recipe:-

Ingredients :-

1) Chole or Chickpea (1 Cup)
2) Oil (2 Tsp)
3) Salt (As per taste)
4) Red chilli powder (1/2 Tsp)
5) Garam Masala (1/2 Tsp)
6) Oregano (1/2 Tsp)
7) Aamchur Powder (1/2 Tsp)
8) Chilli Flakes (1/2 Tsp)
9) Lemon Juice (As per taste)

Instructions :-

So for making chole snacks you need to soak the chole for 4 to 5 hrs prior cooking


After 4 - 5 hrs you will get the double size of chole


You need to pressure cook it for maximum 2 whistle.
Because we don't want to cook it fully we want only 80-90 % cooked chickpea


Boil it with bit of salt and haldi


Let it cool down

Remove the excess water


Take a kadai


Add 2 tsp of oil. Heat it


Add boiled chole


Mix it and spread it in the pan


Leave it on low to medium heat for few mins


Then flip it


Do the same thing with other side


Till it is getting roasted. Take a plate


Add salt


Add red chilli powder


Add garam masala


Add oregano


Add chilli flakes


Add aamchur powder


Mix it and keep it ready


Till then saute the chickpea


You will crisp coat on the chickpea


You only have to roast it on low medium flame otherwise it will burn
So slowly and steadily it will start changing the color and texure


After it is roasted.Add the masala


Mix it


Donot add the masala before the chickpea it properly roasted otherwise the masalas will get burnt


You can als store it for a week in a air tight container


Whenever you want to enjoy it.
Squeeze some lemon on it
