Crispy Potato Wedges
Here's is the recipe of potatoes. As everyone likes potatoes so I am presenting you one of my favourite recipe of potatoes which can be evening snacks and also movie snack.
So as we all are in between pandemic so we are not going out for movies and also we have minimized our outings
So try this potatoes recipe which can satisfy your cravings.
So lets start.
Ingredients :-
1) Potatoes (3 to 4 Chopped in wedges)
2) Bread Crumbs (1 cup)
3) Red Chilli Powder (1 Tsp)
4) Salt (As per taste)
5) Black Pepper Powder (1 Tsp)
6) Maida or Refined Flour (2 Tsp)
7) Garam Masala (1/2 Tsp)
8) Mayonnaise (1 Tsp)
9) Schezwan Sauce (1 Tsp)
Instructions :-
Chop potatoes

Boil the potatoes

Boil potatoes till 80 % - 90 %

After it is boiled
Rinse the water and bring it to the room temperature and refrigerate it

Now till the potatoes are getting chilled.
Take bread crumbs in a bowl

Add salt, red chilli powder , black pepper.

Mix it

Now take maida in a bowl.

Add red chilli powder , garam masala, salt, black pepper , water
Mix it

Now assemble all the ingredients together

Take one wedge of potato and dip in flour mixture

After that add the same in bread crumbs and coat it properly

Repeat it twice to get the proper coat on it

Keep it aside

Get all the wedges ready

Take kadai and add oil and let it heat

Add 2 - 3 pieces of wedges and fry it on low medium heat

Fry all the wedges

And yes it is ready !!

For dip you can take mayonnaise and schezwan sauce and mix it

Enjoy the wedges with dip
