So here I am with the easiest recipe with bread. Yes you heard it right with bread. We all have had sandwiches with bread but here is some unique recipe with bread. Which doesn't require much amount of time and also ingredients.

You can make this recipe with few ingredients and it can satisfy your taste buds to the best level,

So the recipe is bread masala. Bread masala is an easy recipe with lots of vegetables and with less oil. It is also healthy so the people who love to have healthy stuff can also try this.

So let's start with the recipe :-

Ingredients :-

1) Onion (1 Chopped)
2) Tomato (2 Chopped)
3) Curry leaves (4 to 5 leaves)
4) Green Chilli (2 chopped)
5) Haldi (1/4 Tsp)
6) Red Chilli Powder (1/4 Tsp)
7) Garam Masala (1/4 Tsp)
8) Mustard Seeds (1/4 Tsp)
9) Salt (As per Taste)
10) Oil (3 Tsp)
11) Bread (3 to 4 roughly chopped)
12) Tomato Ketchup (1/2 Tsp)
13) Coriander

Instructions :-

Take a kadai or pan 

Add Oil to it.

Let it heat

Add curry leaves, mustard seeds , green chilli

Saute it

Add onion after 2 secs

Mix it

Cook onion till translucent

Add haldi , salt , garam masala , red chilli powder

Mix and cook till the raw smell of haldi goes.

Add tomatoes

Mix it

Cook till the tomtoes are soft

Now add bread pieces to it

Mix it

Mix till breads are coated with masala

Add tomato ketchup to it

Mix it

Add coriander

Mix it

Serve it hot
