Tomato Soup is a old traditional recipe for soups which comes very handy when it comes to making soup.
But some people thinks that soups can be difficult to make and it is kind of western thing. But today I am going to show you tomato soup in few easy steps which is easy to make with only few ingredients and also very healthy and tasty and can also be your evening saviour

Let's start with the recipe :-


Ingredients :-

1) Tomato (2)
2) Garlic (4 to 5 minced)
3) Ginger (1/2 Tsp minced)
4) Green Chillies (2 minced)
5)Salt (As per Taste)
6) Oil (2 Tsp)
7) Sugar (1/4 Tsp)
8) Corn Starch (1 Tsp)

Instructions :-

Take a sauce pan.
Add water and whole tomatoes to it


We need to blanch the tomatoes
So let it boil for 2 mins


As soon as you see that one of the tomato's skin is getting removed.
Close the burner and let it cool down


Remove the skin of the tomatoes


Cut into halves and blend it


Make sure to blend it fine


Now take a kadai or sauce pan and add oil to it


Add ginger, garlic and green chilli to it


Saute it for few mins


Add tomato puree to it


Stir it and cook it for few mins or until all the water is dissolved


Stir it continously and cook


Add salt to it.
You will get a thick paste of tomato


After that add water to it


Mix and let it boil


After it boils , add sugar


Take corn starch in a bowl


Add water 


Mix it properly


Add the cor starch mixture in the pan


Stir it continously


It will turn glossy


After few mins.
Switch off the burner


Serve it hot


Enjoy it as your starter or as your evening snack
