I am going to share with you my most favorite and easy chaat recipe which doesn’t need too many ingredients. This is a typical street style chaat recipe.

I am sharing with you my most favourite aloo chaat recipe.

Which only needs boiled potatoes , few masalas and your favoruirte toppings.

So without any futher talks lets start.


 

Ingredients :-

1) Boiled Potatoes (3 big)
2) Onion (1 Chopped)
3) Green Chutney (4 Tsp)
4) Imli Chutney (4 Tsp)
5) Salt (As per taste)
6) Cumin Powder (1/2 Tsp)
7) Red Chilli Powder (1 Tsp)
8) Pudina
9) Green Chilli (2 Chopped)
10) Aloo Sev (3 to 4 Tsp)
11) Garam Masala (1/2 Tsp)
12) Haldi (1/2 Tsp)
13) Ghee (3 Tsp)

 

Instructions :-

In a bowl.
Mash boiled potatoes.


Add garam masala , haldi, salt to it.


Mix It properly.


Now take small portion onto your palm and make tikki.

Now take a pan.

Let it get hot.

After it is hot.

Add the tikkis onto it

Pour ghee on the edges of the tikki and let is cook and get nice golden brown and crisp from one side.


After is is cooked from onside.

Flip and cook from otherside as well.

And then take it on a plate.


Get your toppings ready.

I have used this toppings.

You can use according to your choice and availability

Now take a tikki onto a plate

 

Put some green chutney on it.

Add Imli chutney.

 

Few green chillies.

Some salt

Some jeera or cumin seeds.

Add lots of onion.

Add red chilli powder and pudina on it.

 

And lastly lots of aloo sev

For some garnishing add few more pudina.

 

Some more chutney if you want.

And your own Tikki Chaat is ready to serve !!

It is mouth watering dish which will be loved by everyone.

Look at the beauty.

If you want to skip onion you can.

But what is chaat without some onions. Right ??
