Here is the recipe of some Indo-Chinese cuisine with some twist. The recipe for today is Soya Manchurian.
Soya Manchurian ??? Yes, we are making some dish with Soyabeans with chinese twist.
The recipe has all the vegetables with healthy soyabean chunks with the delicious taste and most important is it doesn't take a lot of time to make.

So let's start with the recipe:-





Ingredients :-

1) Soya Chunks (1 Bowl)
2) Corn Starch (3 Tsp)
3) Salt (As per Taste)
4) Oil (For frying)
5) Onion (1 Tsp)
6) Capsicum (1 Tsp)
7) Soy Sauce (2 Tsp)
8) Ginger (1 Tsp minced)
9) Garlic (1 Tsp minced)
10) Green Chilli (1 Tsp minced)
11) Ajinomoto (1/2 Tsp)

Instructions :-

Add soya chunks in water


Boil it


Boil for 3 - 4 Mins


Till it gets soft


Turn off the burner and let it cool


Squeeze out the water from chunks


Add little salt to it


Add 2 Tsp of corn starch


Coat it properly


Add oil in kadai for frying


After the oil gets hot, 
Add the chunks to it


Fry it till it gets golden brown


After all the chunks are ready.
Get it in a plate


For making sauce,
Add oil


Add ginger , garlic and green chilli


Saute it


Add onion , capsicum


Mix it


Saute it for few mins


Add Soy sauce , Ajinomoto and salt


Mix it


After few mins


Make corn slurry


Add it to the mixture


Mix it and add fried soy chunks


Mix it


Mix it properly


Serve it hot
