 Gobi Manchurian (25 Mins)


Gobi Manchurian is an Indo Chinese recipe with a twist of cauliflower. It is a easy and simple recipe.

Ingredients :-

1) Cauliflower (20 to 25 small pieces)
2) Capsicum (1 Cut in cubes)
3) Carrot (1/4 thinly sliced)
4) Onion (1 Cut in cubes)
5) Maida or Refined flour (2 to 3 Tsp)
6) Corn Starch (3 Tsp)
7) Ginger (1 Tsp paste)
8) Garlic (1 Tsp paste)
9) Green Chilli (1 Tsp paste)
10) Soy Sauce (2 Tsp)
11) Schezwan Sauce (2 Tsp)
12) Black Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
13) Tomato Ketchup (1 Tsp)
14) Oil (for frying)
15) Coriander leaves


Instructions :- 

Take cauliflower in plate


In a sauce pan, Add cauliflower


Keep on the burner


Boil it for 5 - 7 mins or until semi cooked


Remove it on a plate


Maida or Refined flour , Corn Starch and ginger , garlic and green chilli paste


Add it in a bowl


Put the boiled cauliflower in a bowl


 Mix it


Add oil



After the oil heats.
Add coated cauliflower and fry it


After it is fried. Remove it in a plate


Take 2 tsp of oil


Add ginger, garlic, green chilli.
Cook it


Add capsicum, onion and carrot


Mix it and cook for 5 mins


Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce, black pepper


Mix it


Add corn slurry (corn and water mixture)


Mix it


Add fried cauliflower


Mix it


Add coriander


Mix it and serve it


Gobi Manchurian is ready !!
