 Diet Namkeen (20 Mins)


Diet Namkeen is a savory and sweet recipe. This recipe is specially for the deit consious people.
So checkout the recipe for snacking.




Ingredients :-

1) Poha or Flattened Rice (2 Cups)
2) Curry Leaves (9 to 10)
3) Green Chilli (3 to 4 chopped)
4) Salt (As per taste)
5) Roasted Peanuts (1/2 cup)
6) Turmeric or Haldi (1/4 tsp)
7) Powdered Sugar (2 tsp)
8) Ghee (1 Tsp)
9) Lemon Juice (1)

Instructions :-

Take kadai



Dry roast poha or flattened rice


Roast it till it becomes crisp


It will take 5 - 6 mins to get roasted


Take out the poha on a plate and keep it aside


Now in a plate.
Gather haldi , salt , curry leaves , green chilli



In the same kadai. Add ghee


Let it melt


Add green chilli and curry leaves
Mix it


Add haldi and salt


After 1 min. Add lemon juice
Add roasted peanuts



Mix it



Fry it for 2 mins



Add poha or flattened rice



Mix it



Mix it gently



Add sugar (Optional)


Mix it
