When we think or listen anything about cheese. Our face gets light up because its everyone's favorite but when it comes to make it at home we all thing its very tricky and needs many ingredients which is all available at home. So I am going to show you one sauce recipe which can be enjoyed with many things you can use it as dip with anything you like.

Yes, its a Cheese Sauce which is made few ingredients and tastes delicious with anything.

So let's start


Ingredients :-

1) Butter or Ghee (2 Tsp)
2) Maida or Refined Flour (2 Tsp)
3) Milk (1 Cup)
4) Black Pepper (1/2 Tsp)
5) Mixed Herbs (1 Tsp)
6) Salt (As per Taste)
7) Red Chilli Flakes (1 Tsp)


Instructions :-

Take a sauce pan


Add butter or ghee into it


Add maida or refined flour


Mix it


Add 1/2 cup of milk.


Whisk it with the whisker.
After the mixture in smooth.
Add reset of the milk
Make sure to do all this very quick or the maida will burn


Add black pepper and salt.
Make sure to add little salt as we have add cheese which has salt in it


Mix it and add cheese.
Add any cheese which you like


Mix it


Make sure to mix it nicely. Do not keep any lumps in it.


Add mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
You can add this things which you get with the pizza


Mix it.
Make sure to use hand whisker for this. If you use spoons then there will be lumps in it
At this point if you think that the sauce is very thick you can add little milk to it and cook it for 2 mins


Cheese Sauce is ready !!



You can use it as a dip and also it can be used for white sauce paste.
Just add few veges and pasta and you are all set.
You can also refrigerate it for 2 to 3 days.
So your multipurpose sauce is ready!!
