Vegetable Pulao

 Vegetable Pulao (30 Mins)

This is the simple vegetable pulao in which we have added all the green vegetables. Simple and easy recipe which can be made with leftover rice also.

Ingredients :-

1) Cooked rice (3 Cups)
2) Onion (1 Big chopped)
3) Green Peas (1/2 Cup)
4) Capsicum (1 Sliced)
5) Green Beans (5 to 6 Chopped)
6) Jeera or Cumin seeds (1/2 Tsp)
7) Green Chilli (2 Chopped)
8) Ginger (1/4 grated)
9) Garlic (4 to 5 chopped)
10) Salt (As per taste)
11) Turmeric (1/4 Tsp)
12) Aamchur or Dry Mango Powder (1/2 Tsp)
13) Cinnamon stick (1/2 inch)
14) Oil (3 Tsp)



Instructions :-

In a kadai, Add oil to it


After the oil is hot , Add garlic , ginger , green chilli , cinnamon stick , jeera


Cook it for 1 min
Add onion to it


Saute it till translucent
After that add capsicum , green beans , green peas


Cook it for 5 - 7 mins or will the beans are cooked


After that add turmeric , salt


Mix it


After 1 min
Add cooked rice


Mix it


Add amchur or dry mango powder


Mix it


Add coriander


Mix and serve it hot
