This recipe is a go-tp recipe for everyone. As it is nutirious and healthy. It is the recipe for the leftover queens and kings as well. You can mix any leftover vegetables for making this paratha.

I am showing you one of the kind.

So lets start with the recipe :-



Ingredients :-

1) Wheat Dough (1 Cup)
2) Leftover Potato Sabzi (1/2 Cup)
3) Paneer (Optional) (1 Cup Grated)
4) Onion (1 Big Chopped)
5) Jeera (1/2 Tsp)
6) Salt (As per taste)
7) Green Chilli (2 or 3 Chopped)
8) Ghee or Oil (1/2 Cup)


Instructions :-

In a plate take leftover potato sabzi , paneer , salt, jeera, onion, green chilli



Mix all the ingredients together



Now take a small part of dough



Now stuff the mixture in it


Close the edges


Roll it gently. Do not press it too hard Otherwise the mixture will come out


On a pan cook it
Add the paratha on the pan


Cook on one side and flip it


Now apply ghee or oil on one side


Flip it and apply on another side
Cook it for 2 3 mins


Get the parathas ready


Enjoy it with pickle or any dip !!


Leftover Paratha is Ready !!
