Corn Masala is a simple and snack time recipe which can we enjoyed at chai time. So I will show you 2 methods of having it.
So lets start
Ingredients :-
1) Sweet Corn (2 Cups)
2) Maida (3 Tsp)
3) Corn Starch (3 Tsp)
4) Black Pepper Powder (1 Tsp)
5) Red Chilli Powder (3/4 Tsp)
6) Salt (As per Taste)
7) Aamchur or Dry Mango Powder (1 Tsp)
8) Garam Masala (1/2 Tsp)
9) Boiled Potatoes (1 Sliced)
10) Green Chilli (1 Sliced)
11) Onion (1 Sliced)
10) Green Chilli (1 Sliced)
11) Onion (1 Sliced)
Instructions :-
Take Maida , Corn Starch , Red Chilli Powder , Salt and Black Pepper Powder in one plate
Take Maida , Corn Starch , Red Chilli Powder , Salt and Black Pepper Powder in one plate
Take Sweet Corn Kernels in one bowl
Mix the flour and all the ingredients with Sweet Corn
Do not use water in it
Take a kadai , Add oil for frying
After it heats, Add the coated kernels in the oil.
CAUTION : Be careful as it might pop up in the pan
After all the corn is fried take it on a plate
Take Garam Masala , Aamchur or Dry Mango Powder and Salt
Take the dried kernels in a bowl
Add the masala
Mix it
So this is the first type which you can enjoy
So i have added boiled potatoes , onion , green chillies
Mix it
Another Corn Masala is ready!!
