Vegetable Rice (25 Mins)

Vegetable Rice is a easy subsitute to make your plain rice interesting. Which takes no time to cook and taste delicious at the same time.
You can add vegetables according to your liking.
So let's start with the recipe


Ingredients :-

1) Boiled Rice (3 Cups)
2) Beans (1/4 Cup)
3) Carrot (1/4 Cup)
4) Green Peas (1/4 Cup)
5) Onion (1 Thinly Sliced)
6) Curry Leaves (4 to 5 leaves)
7) Capsicum (1/4 Cup)
8) Salt (As per Taste)
9) Turmeric (1/4 Tsp)
10) Oil (3 Tsp)
11) Jeera (1/2 Tsp)

Instructions :-

Take a kadai or a deep pan.
Add oil . Let it heat.
Add curry leaves , jeera , beans , carrot , green peas , onion , capsicum
Saute it for few mins.


Add haldi , salt.



Keep boiled rice ready


After few mins add boiled rice


Mix it


Cook it for 5 mins


Your rice is ready full of vegetables



You can add more vegetable which you like


Enjoy it with curd raita
