Veg Fried Rice (25 Mins)

Veg Fried Rice is a classic Indo Chinese recipe which has many kinds on vegetables.
It can be made in maximum 10 Mins. As the vegetables are stir fried. I have showed you a classic and simple recipe you can add another ingredients according to your choice and convience.

So let's start with the recipe:-



Ingredients :-

1) Cabbage (1 Small Size Thinly Chopped)
2) Carrot (1/4 Cup Thinly Chopped)
3) Green Onion (3 Thinly Chopped)
4) Ginger (1/2 Tsp Minced)
5) Garlic (1/2 Tsp Minced)
6) Green Chillies (1/2 Tsp Minced)
7) Salt (As per Taste)
8) Capsicum (1 Thinly Chopped)
9) Ajinomoto (1/4 Tsp)
10) Cooked Rice (1 Big Bowl)
11) Oil (4 Tsp)
12) Soy Sauce (2 Tsp)

Instructions :-

Take a kadai or sauce pan , Add Oil and then add Ginger , Garlic and Green Chilli


Saute it for 2 Mins , Add Cabbage , Carrot , Green Onions , Capsicum


 Mix it and Cook it for few mins


Saute it for 4 mins


Add Soy Sauce , Salt and Ajinomoto


Mix it


Add Cooked Rice


 Mix it properly


Sprinkle Coriander


Veg Fried Rice is ready !!


 Simple and Easy dish


Add any vegetables according to your preference


Ready to eat !!
