Stuffed Mango Kulfi (20 Mins)

As mango is in season, So why not try it another way then only mangoes ?
So here's the simple recipe for it in which you will get mango and also other flavors also.
So checkout the below recipe for it.



Ingredients :-

1) Mango (1)
2) Milk (1 Glass)
3) Sugar (1 Tsp)

Instructions :- 

Take a deep pan or kadai and Add 1 glass of milk and 1 Tsp of sugar to it

Let it boil.
 Keep stiring it in interval.

After you find that the milk is thick. Keep stiring it for 2 mins more


Remove it in a bowl and let it cool


Till the rabdi is getting cool.
Take a mango


Cut the edge of the mango so that you can see the seed.


After that remove the seed from it slowly and create a hole in between


After that take a spoon and pour the mixture inside the mango


Close it with the edge cut out.


Refrigerate it 8 hours or overnight


Then take a peeler.

Remove the edge

Peel it


Cut it whichever shape you want to.



Stuffed Mango Kulfi is ready to serve !!


Make your sure your rabdi is not harden Otherwise it will become icy.
