Paneer Paratha (25 Mins)
Paneer Paratha is a simple dish which can be had with pickle and curd. This is 2 in 1 dish in which has roti and sabzi both.
So lets start with the dish !!
Ingredients :-
1) Paneer (1 Cup)
2) Wheat Dough
3) Jeera or Cumin Seeds (1 Tsp)
4) Green Chilli (3)
5) Salt (As per Taste)
6) Onion (2 Thinly chopped)
7) Ghee or Oil
Instructions :-
Grate paneer and Add onion , jeera , green chilli , salt , panner and mix it
Knead dough and get it ready
Make a ball of the dough
Roll it
Add the paneer mixture
Make a ball of it
Roll it out. Do not press it more
On a Tawa , place the paratha
Cook on one side for few mins and Turn it.
Apply some ghee or oil
Flip it
Apply ghee or oil on another side
Press it and cook from both side
Cook all the parathas
Paneer Paratha is ready !!
