Masala Maggi is easy and simple recipe which would be loved by everyone. You can add lots of different vegetables according to your choice and preferences.It is a Mumbai street food. So we will make it like that only.However simple masala maggi can be bit boring so we will add some vegetables so it make it bit interesting.
So lets start with the recipe.
Ingredients :-
1) Maggi (1 Packet)
2) Maggi Masala (1)
3) Onion (2)
4) Tomato (2)
5) Capsicum (1)
6) Haldi (1/2 tsp)
7) Salt (As per Taste)
8) Green chilli (2)
9) Jeera or Cumin seeds (1/2 Tsp)
10) Green Peas (1/2 cup)
Instruction :-
First boil maggi.
So take a sauce pan and add 1 glass of water
After the water boils add maggi to it.
Cook it for 3 to 4 mins.
After maggi gets cooked strain the access water if left.
Now we need to make Masala for maggi
Take a kadai or pan and add 2 tsp of oil to it.
After the oil heats, Add jeera to it.
Add chopped onion and green chilli in the pan.
Cook onion for 2 mins and Add capsicum and green peas to it.
Add haldi and salt.
Mix it
Add tomatoes to the pan
Mix it
After the tomatoes are cooked , Add Masala of the maggi pouch
Cook it properly
After tomatoes are cooked , Add boiled maggi to the pan
Cook it for another 2 mins or well combined
Masala Maggi is ready !!

Yes , you can add any vegetables according to your choice
Can we add other noddles in place of maggi ?
Yes you can use same procedure but you need to add other masala for that i have not added any masala because it comes in the pack
