Mango Rabdi (30 Mins)

Mango Rabdi is a rich, fruity Indian dessert made with milk, mango puree and sugar. Every mango lover will enjoy a dessert like this.
So checkout the below instructions to make one for you :-


Ingredients :-

1) Mango (2)
2) Milk (1/2 Litre)
3) Sugar (3 Tsp)

Instruction :-

In a sauce pan take milk and keep for boiling


After 1st boil , Add Sugar


Stir it continously and it will take 15 mins for getting thick milk or rabdi


Add mango pulp of 1 and 1/2 mango


Mix it


Cook it for 2 mins


Scrape the sides


Chop half mango and add it


Mix it


Remove it in a container and refrigerate it for 30 mins (Optional)


After 30 mins stir it


Remove it in a serving bowl


Add few chopped mangoes



Mango Rabdi is ready !!
