Corn Cheese Balls is delicious snack time recipe with lots of vegetables. Its a recipe which will be loved by every cheese and corn lover
Trust me this is the recipe which would be loved by everyone and is worth trying.

Ingredients :-
1) Boiled Potatoes (4 to 5 Mashed)
2) Corn Kernels (1 Bowl)
3) Capsicum (1 Thinly chopped)
4) Red Chilli Powder (1 Tsp)
5) Garam Masala Powder (1/2 Tsp)
6) Black Pepper Powder (1/2 Tsp)
7) Salt (As per taste)
8) Amchur or Dry Mango Powder (1 Tsp)
9) Ginger Garlic Paste (1 Tsp each)
10) Cheese (4 Cubes)
11) Maida (2 Tsp)
12) Suji or Semolina (1 Bowl)
13) Oil (for frying)
Instructions :-
Take a big bowl.
Add mashed potatoes
Add Corn kernels
Add chopped capsicum
Add ginger garlic paste
Add black pepper powder
Add red chilli powder
Add amchur or dry mango powder
Add garam masala
Add salt
Mix it properly
Add 1 cube or grated cheese
Mix it
Cut cheese in small cubes
Add maida and water and make a thick paste , Add pinch of salt
Take suji or semolina in a plate
Now take a ball of the corn mixture
Pat it in your palm
Keep one cheese cube in between
Make a ball and make sure cheese in between
Coat it with the slurry
Coat it with suji or semolina
Like this
Get it all ready in a plate and refrigerate it from 15 to 20 mins
Take a kadai or deep sauce pan
Add oil for frying
Take out the balls from fridge
Add balls in it
Make sure it keep space between every ball and do not add more than 3 balls at a time
Fry it on low heat for 7 mins then 2 mins on high heat
Fry all balls and keep it in a plate
I have made mayonnaise and ketchup dip
