Paneer Manchurian (30 Mins)

Paneer Manchurian is an IndoChinese recipe. Paneer Manchurian  is very simple and delicious recipe.
You can lots of vegetables. It can be served as Main Course or as a Starter.
You let's start with the recipe.


Ingredients :-

1)  Paneer (200 gm)
2) Capsicum (1)
3) Onion (2)
4) Garlic (8 to 9 cloves)
5) Ginger (1 Tsp)
6) Green Chilli (3 to 4)
7) Soy Sauce (1 Tsp)
8) Schezwan Sauce (1 Tsp)
9) Oil (Frying)
10) Corn Starch (2 Tsp)
11 ) Salt (As per Taste)

Instructions :-

Cut the onion and capsicum in cubes and make a paste of ginger , garlic and green chillies.


Add Corn Starch with 4 Tsp of water and a pinch of salt


Mix it.


Add the paneer cubes in the mixture.

In a deep kadai , Add oil for frying.


After the oil gets heat , Add the paneer cubes in the kadai.


Fry it till it gets golden brown and crisp.


Now for the sauce.

Take a kadai , Add 1 Tsp of oil


Add ginger , garlic, chilli paste and cook it for 2 secs.


Add Onion and Capsicum in the pan.


Cook it for 5 mins. Add Soy Sauce , Schezwan Sauce 


Stir and add panner cubes to it.


Stir it 1 or 2 mins.

Paneer Manchurian is ready !!




Questions that can hit your mind :-

You have not added any salt ?

Yes , I have not added any salt because we have added salt while frying the paneer and Soy sauce and Schezwan sauce already has salt content which is sufficient for the sauce. If you add it , it will be very salty.

Which vegetables we can add more ?

Carrots , Spring Onion , Yellow and Red Capsicum .
