Paneer Bhurji (30 Mins)

Paneer Bhurji is a dish which is made with smashed paneer with the onion and tomato sauce. You can enjoy it with roti aur rice. It is easy to make and can be made with few ingredients. Its is enjoyed by every age group. You can make it spicy or less spicy according to your choice.
So Let's start



Ingredients :-

1) Onion (3 Medium Size)
2) Tomato (4 Medium Size)
3) Paneer (1 Cup)
4) Jeera (1 Tsp)
5) Green Chilli (3 to 4 )
6) Garlic (7 to 8 Cloves)
7) Garlic (1 Tsp)
8) Curry leaves (5 to 7)
9) Salt (As per Taste)
10) Chilli Powder (1 Tsp)
11) Haldi or Turmeric (1 Tsp)
12) Coriander leaves (Handful)
13) Oil (5 Tsp)

Instruction :-

Chop Onion and Tomato thinly.
Make a paste or Coarsely grind Ginger , Garlic and Green Chilli.

Take a deep pan or kadai and Add Oil to it. (Any Cooking oil can be used)


After oil gets heat.
Add curry leaves and jeera.


Saute it for 5 secs.
Add onion and saute it


Cook it till the onion is golden brown


Add ginger garlic and chilli paste to it and saute for 1or 2 mins


Mix it


Add salt , chilli powder , haldi to it.


Mix it


Add tomatoes and cook it

Mix it well.


Cook it till tomatoes are properly mashed



Add grated paneer to it and mix it




Mix it.


 Cook it for 2 mins



Add coriander leaves


Mix it.



Paneer Bhruji is ready to eat




Serve it with roti or rice

Which oil you have used ?

>> I have used mustard oil because I think it enhances the flavor , you can use the oil which you want.

Can we add capsicum ?

>> Yes you can add it if you like it
