Mango Icecream (20 Mins)

Mangoes are in season, So lets make the most of it. So today we are going to make some simple and easy to make Mango Icecream in no time which is super delicious and super creamy and guess what without using cream in it and with minimum ingredients which can be found in every household.
So let's start.


Ingredients:-

1) Mango ( 1 )
2) Milk (1 n half Glass)
3) Maida (1/2 Tsp)
4) Sugar (4 Tsp)
5) Dry Fruits -- Pista(Optional)



Instructions :-

In a deep pan Add 1 and 1/2 half glass of milk and 2 Tsp of sugar and bring it to and boil.


After that take a bowl and add 1/2 tsp of maida to it and 2 tsp of water and make a slurry out of it.



As soon as milk gets a boil , Add the slurry to the mixture. Make sure to stir while adding the slurry.



Whisk it with a hand blender and cook it till it gets semi thick and switch off the burner.



Take a mango (Any mango will work)


Peel and chop it.


Take a mixture blender add 2 Tsp of sugar and blend it coarsely and after that add chopped mangoes to it.


Blend it nicely till you get a smooth paste.




Now take the mangoes mixture in a bowl and add milk mixture to it



Blend it for 5 mins continously with a hand blender or electric blender.



Add few chopped pista to it. (Optional)


Take a container.


Add the icecream mixture to the container


Tap it 1 or 2 times .
Add mango pulp to it


Add chopped pista.


Close the container and refrigerate it overnight


Remove the contacinver from the fridge and keep it outside for 5 mins.

No cream Mango Icecream is ready

Can we add another dry fruits ?

Yes, you can use it or if you don't want any dry fruits you can skip it too.

Is it necessary to use maida ?

Yes, because we are not using any cream so we want to make it creamy.
