This is the healthy kadha recipe, you can also call it a kadha chai which is a easy remedy for cold and cough. As we all know the time which we are going through in which we all need to stay healthy to fight the time and for that we need to physically and mentally strong.
So try out this recipe and add a healthy change in your life.



Ingredients :-

1) Bay Leaf or Tej Patta (1 or 2)
2) Haldi or Turmeric (1/4 tsp)
3) Cinnamon Stick  (1 or 2)
4) Elaichi or Cardamon (2 to 3)
5) Cloves or Laung (2 to 3)
6) Black pepper powder (1/2 tsp)
7) Dry ginger powder (1/2 tsp)
8) Water (2 glass)


Instruction :-

Take 2 glass of water, add in a sauce pan


After the 1st boil.

Add haldi to it and mix it well.


Add bay leaf , cardamom , cloves , dry ginger powder , cinnamon stick , black pepper  to the sauce pan


Bring it to a boil.


Close the sauce pan with a lid and let it simmer for 7 to 8 mins.


After the water is reduced by quater or half glass


Switch off the gas


Serve it hot


Strain all the ingredients with the help of the strainer


Healthy Kadha is ready !!


You can have it daily 1 time a day !!


It helps in boosting your immunity

Can we add salt in this or sugar ?

Yes , you can salt in this for taste preferably rock salt. Do Not add sugar in this.

What is the replacement for dry ginger powder ?

You can add grated ginger if dry ginger powder is available.
