Sabudana Kheer is made in Indian household as a sweet dish, It is also made during fasting.
I will show you the simplest yet delicious way to make the Sabudana Kheer with limited ingredients which can always be available in every household.
So lets get started





Ingredients :-

1) Sabudana
2) Milk
3) Sugar
4) Dry Fruits 

Instructions :-

Take a bowl of Sabudana which is soaked for 1 or 2 hours prior making the kheer.

 
 After that a sauce pan add 3 bowl of milk in that and boil it.


After the milk comes to a boil , Add soaked Sabudana in that and let it cook till it gets translucent.


After the Sabudana gets cooked , Add 4 tsp of sugar or if you want less sweet add less.
It depends on the preference.





Cook it for few mins or the kheer becomes thick.
Add dry fruits according to your choice

Sabudana Kheer is ready to serve.
Serve it hot or cold it totally depends on your choice.




Easy and can be made with only 3 ingredients.

Can we make it without soaking the Sabudana ?

Yes, you can do that but sometimes the Sabudana doesn't cook properly or it takes alot of time and also if you are doing this then you need to add 1 or 2 cups of extra milk because we cook the kheer only in milk not water.
