Rice Cutlet (30 Mins)

Rice Cutlet is a savoury dish which is very easy and delicious recipe. It is a very healthy recipe made with vegetables and rice .
Check out the below details for making one.





 Ingredients :-

1) Rice
2) Potatoes
3) Green Chilli
4) Salt
5) Turmeric
6) Oil
7) Suji or Semolina

 Instructions :-

Take 2 boiled potatoes and mash it , 1 or 2 green chillies finely chopped 1/2 of boiled rice , 1/2 tsp of turmeric , Salt as per taste. 

Mix all the ingredients.




Make oval shape with the mixture and keep it. You can also make the shape of your choice




Take Suji or Semolina in a plate.




After that coat the cutlet properly with Suji or Semolina.




Take a deep sauce pan and fill it with oil.





Now let the oil heat and after that add 2 or 3 cutlet at a time.
DO NOT put more than 3 cutlets at a time even if your have put more oil.
Because if you do that it will stick to each other.




Make the burner medium low and let it cook.

Stir it in between and cook till it is golden brown.






Rice Cutlet is ready.
Serve it with your favorite dip.

Can we use leftover rice ?

Yes , you can use it. Also you can use the leftover potato sabzi from lunch or dinner.
