Onion Capsicum Rice is very easy and yet delicious recipe. Easy to make and easy to serve.
Can we made with lots of vegetables so it is healthy also. Can we made with minimum ingredients.
So follow the below instruction for further details.
Ingredients :-
1) Rice
2) Onion
3) Capsicum
4) Garlic
5) Green Chilli
6) Ginger
7) Jeera
8) Salt
9) Turmeric
10) Schezwan sauce (Optional)
Instruction :-
Take 1 Onion , Capsicum cut them in slices.
Take 3 to 4 cloves of garlic , 2 Green Chillies , 1 tsp of Ginger.
Take 1/2 tsp of Jeera , 1/4 tsp of Haldi and salt as per taste.
Take 1 tsp of Schezwan sauce (Optional)
Take a sauce pan and add 2 tsp of Oil. Let the oil heat and then add Garlic , Ginger , Green Chilli and saute it for 2 or 3 secs.
Add Jeera and Onion to it and cook it.
After the Onion are half cooked add chopped capsicum to it.
Cook it till the onion are translucent.
After that add haldi and salt to it.
Cook it for 2 mins and add cooked rice to it.
Now Mix and Mix.
After that add Schezwan sauce which is OPTIONAL if you have add it or it will be delicious without that also.
Now Again Mix , Mix and MIX.
And Onion Capsicum Rice is READY !!
It looks delicious , It smells delicious and also it tastes delicious but you cannot taste it.
