Eggless Omelette (25 Mins)

Eggless Omelette is a vegetarian dish which is made with different types of vegetables. Easy and simple to make.
Can we served as a healthy breakfast or a snack.
Check the below instructions for the recipe.


Ingredients :-

1) Onion
2) Tomato
3) Jeera
4) Green Chilli
5)Oil
6) Maida or Refined Flour
7) Salt
8) Chilli Powder


Instructions :-

Take 1 onion , 1 small tomato , 1 green chilli and chop them finely.
In that add 1/4 tsp Chilli Powder , 1/2 Jeera , Salt as per taste and 1 cup of Maida.

Take all the ingredients in one big bowl.


Add water gradually and mix it.


Get your batter ready and after that take a tawa or a pan.
After the pan get heated add a spoon full of batter on the pan.



Make the flame to medium low and add little oil or ghee in the corners of the batter and let it cook.


When you see the omelette like it is shown in the picture above turn it upside down to cook from other side.
Or when you see the batter is not in liquid form then flip it.




Let it cook from otherside as well.


AND it is ready to serve.



Serve it with your favourite dip.





 You can also have it with bread like you have your bread and egg omelette.

Can we add other vegetables ?


Yes, you can add other vegetables it all depends on the availability of things.


Can we add any other flour in place of maida?


Yes, you can add that I have used maida because it gives the texture of egg thats it but you can opt other healthy version of your choice.
