As you have derived from the name we have made some Egg Masala which is a very easy recipe. Which can be made with a minimum ingredients and takes very less time to get prepared.
It is an Indian recipe which can be made for breakfast , lunch or dinner and can be served with bread or roti.

Ingredients :-

1) Egg
2) Onion
3) Tomato
4) Green Chilli
5) Turmeric or Haldi
6) Salt
7) Garam Masala
8) Oil
9) Amchur Powder or Dry Mango Powder

Instruction :-

Take 4 boiled eggs and Cut them into halves.


Take all the pieces of egg and sprinkle salt, chilli powder , haldi on it and coat the eggs with it.
 

Take a deep sauce pan and add 1 tsp of oil. I have taken mustard oil.
Fry your eggs in the oil so that they get a nice crisp coat on it. Make sure the yolk gets stick with the white egg.


Cook it from both the sides and then take it out on a plate and keep it aside.



Now it is time to make a Masala for our Egg Masala.


Take a deep sauce pan or you can use the same pan.

Add oil to the pan.


Take 1 Onion or if you have big onion use half of it and Take 1 green chilli.
Cut it finely.
Put Onion and Green Chilli in the pan and cook it till the onion gets translucent.

 

Take 2 Tomatoes if it is small or 1 and half big tomato. Cut it finely.

Add the tomatoes in the pan.

Cook it nicely till it mashed properly.
Add 1/4 tsp of Haldi or Turmeric , Garam Masala
Add salt to taste and mix it.


After all the ingredients gets mixed properly.

Add the fried eggs in the mixture.


Cook for 1 min.



Take out the Egg Masala in a plate and sprinkle Amchur Powder on it.



Egg Masala is ready to get served.


It looks delicious , smells delicious and tastes delicious.

Can we add another vegetables in making the Masala ?

Yes, you can do that it depends on your choice.

Can we add butter for frying the egg ?

Yes, you can do that.

Is it mandatory to sprinkle the Amchur Powder after the dish is cooked ?


No, It is not mandatory , you can add it in the masala mixture but it enhances the taste of the dish.
