Bread Rasmalai is made with a twist which you derive from its name. It is a very delicious recipe and one should try it.

4) Sugar
5) Ghee

Instructions :-

Take a deep pan and add ½ litre of milk in that.

Add 1 tsp of sugar and let it simmer for atleast 20 to 25 mins.
Stir it in medium. The consistency should be thick

Then take 3 to 4 bread slices and remove the edges

Toast it after applying ghee or butter on it
Till they nice and crisp

Cut few dry fruits.
I have taken Almonds or Badam,  Cashews or Kaju and Pistas or Pistachio.

Cut them finely.

Now ensemble Rabdi , Bread and Dry fruit together.

Now need to mix it all but with some technique.

Take a bread slice and place some dry fruits in one edge of the bread

Now role the bread tightly.

Take the bread rolls and add that in Rabdi.

Make sure to add the bread in the Rabdi while you serve it Otherwise it will become soggy or soft.

Add some dry fruits.

Enjoy !! The delicious Bread Rasmalai with your family.

Questions that can hit your mind :-

Can we use the bread without toasting it ?

Yes , you can use it but i prefer and suggest you to toast it with little more ghee or butter because it enhance the flavor of the dish.

Can we use condensed milk in the place of rabdi ?

No, you cannot use that because both are having different flavor

Can we use different dry fruits ?

Ofcourse you can add any dry fruits according to your choice and availability.
