Bread Pakoda is an easy recipe , can be made for snack time. You can enjoy it with chai coffee or as it is. Bread Pakoda is an Indian snack and breakfast recipe.
Ingredients :-
1) Onion
2) Tomato
3) Jeera
4) Salt
5) Chilli Powder
6) Green Chilli
7) Oil
8) Maida
Instructions :-
Firstly, Cut all the veges which is 1 big Onion and Tomato.
Cut 1 green Chilli thinly.
Add 1 big Onion , Tomato , ½ jeera , ¼ Chilli Powder , ½ salt , 1 Green Chilli , 8 tsp Maida.
Add water gradually and make a thick batter.
Make 4 pieces of your bread and keep it ready.
Keep the sauce pan with oil for frying.
Dip the bread pieces in the batter and grab the onion and tomato also not only the batter.
After the oil gets heated. Keep the burner on medium low heat and add the coated bread pieces in oil gradually.
Cook it on one side for 4 to 5 mins or till you get nice golden brown color.
Cook it from other side till it is nice and crispy.
Take it out on a tissue , let the oil gets wiped off.
Simple and Easy Bread Pakoda are ready to serve.
Serve it with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup according to your preference.
Questions that can hit your mind :-
Can we add wheat flour or any other flour in place of maida ?
Yes , you can add that we just use it for coating but if you want to go for a healthier version then you can go for corn flour.
Do not use wheat flour as it will not taste good as per my opinion if you want to try it you can go ahead.
Can we add another veges with onion and tomato?
Yes , you can add it.
